About Melissa

Melissa graduated from Sydney University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She subsequently completed a Masters in Occupational Health & Safety in 1997.

Melissa has extensive experience as an OT and has worked in a range of fields, both in Australia and in the UK.  She has worked in spinal injuries, community health, occupational rehabilitation and in the insurance industry.

Melissa has always had an interest in working in paediatrics and has taken up work in this field more recently, since having her own family. She is committed to helping children achieve in their skill development and loves to see their subsequent boost in confidence and self-esteem.

As well as running a business and looking after her family Melissa is also involved in children’s activities in the local community.
