We're a specialist team of Occupational Therapists who are dedicated to helping children thrive.
We provide support and guidance to children, from infancy through adolescence, who experience diverse developmental patterns and challenges in their day-to-day activities. Our goal is to assist them in various areas, including movement, writing, concentration in school, play, fostering friendships, adapting to change, building resilience, exploring different foods, and engaging in sports and extra-curricular activities. We embrace and celebrate the unique strengths and perspectives of every child, valuing neurodiversity and fostering an inclusive environment where all children can thrive.

What is Occupational Therapy?

How We Support Families
We support children to work towards their developmental goals through one-on-one sessions at our Frenchs Forest clinic (which is equipped with a purpose-built sensory gym). We also support children with in-school sessions across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.
In the school holidays, we run a range of popular group programmes to support children develop their school readiness, handwriting, social and emotional skills.
In addition to the services that we provide for children, we also run regular parent workshops, teacher training sessions, and in-services.
