Fernanda is a dedicated and personable Occupational Therapist with a genuine enthusiasm for her profession. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the esteemed University of Sao Paulo in 2013, and her research project on the inclusion of children with disabilities in mainstream schools was recognized and published in the OT journal of the University of Sao Paulo. In 2014, Fernanda received sponsorship from the state of Sao Paulo to pursue post-graduate research in neurology and physical rehabilitation, further deepening her expertise
Her passion for assisting children with additional needs traces back to her High School years, during which she actively engaged in volunteer work in a supportive school environment. Since then, Fernanda has been driven by a profound dedication to helping individuals reach their full potential.
Relocating to Australia in 2018, Fernanda has been actively involved in working with diverse populations, utilizing her expertise to make a positive impact on their lives. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, she bridges cultural gaps with ease.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Fernanda enjoys spending her spare time embracing an active lifestyle. Whether it’s exploring the beach, participating in outdoor sports, engaging in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Yoga, or cherishing time spent with friends, she values balance and well-being. Yet, her most profound passion lies in traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, fostering a rich and empathetic worldview.
